Issa Win .

Ok so I did order this once and it didn't go so well . Computer kept freezing . So I returned it and got a new one . This computer is great. The specs are impeccable and the price is unbeatable!! Now keep in mind this computer is refurbished and NEEDS to go through all of the proper updates in order for the computer to operate properly . If you are having any problems with downloading anything, then the computer is probably not updated. Go to the start menus and check for updates and u will be good to go. It may take about an hour or so but you are smooth sailing from there .

HP refurbished

I absolutely love this laptop! I was a bit skeptical bc it is refurbished, but I have experienced no issues in performance or ability to download needed apps or other software. I love that it has 8GB RAM too, so awesome! Plus, the price was definitely affordable and I'm very happy with the laptop.

So far so Good

No complaints so far. It boots quickly, like most systems with a clean registry. I was able to configure it to my normal working environment, which includes a lot of perl scripts and environment variables and a bunch of apps in about 24 hours, including all the windows 10 updates. Through all that it was stable, with the expected performance. The 128 GB of SSD is more than adequate for my needs in a laptop and the battery seems to be holding out as well.
