This is a package of 2, reusable vinyl cold packs. These are NOT to be used as HOT packs! Only store in the freezer. I have been having shoulder problems and needed to Ice the affected area to reduce swelling. I purchased a shoulder brace to support the shoulder. These Ice packs are perfect and fit inside the shoulder brace pocket. The can be curved to fit my shoulder when cold. I noticed that these stay colder longer than any others I've used in the past. I like the soft touch vinyl covers. The best I've every used.
