Great yeast at a wonderful price.

This is a great buy! I'm using it now on my 3rd batch of moonshine. I used 10 grams of this yeast for 5 gallons of water, 10 pounds of sugar, 1 gallon of apple juice, 1 gallon of cranberry, half gallon of pineapple and 5 grams of yeast nutrient and I'm having the best fermentation - which started in 12 hrs and still going strong at 72 hrs.
