Cute dress, but size up

It's a cute dress. Perfect for graduation. My daughter is 5”1 and 110 lbs. Ordered a medium (she normal wears xsmall so it does run small) It's perfect length for her because she doesn't like super short stuff. Shipped quickly. Top and bottom are lined. Not sure how well it will hold up being washed.
