Funko Dorbz: Donnie Darko - Frank (style may vary)

Ordered this one but a completely different character came. It's labelled as ‘Frank' but I got a different character in the set. I didn't know ‘styles may vary' meant a completely different character would come despite buying one that's labelled as a specific character %26 had that characters picture on it. I thought the ‘styles may vary' would be different colour, placement, etc. of that character. I emailed about a return since it says that's an option but they emailed back ‘no returns.' If you're looking for a specific character, good luck ! I ordered one through amazon labeled Donnie, it came as Donnie. I finally found this one through Walmart, labelled Frank, it came as Donnie. The Donnie is cute, I bet the Frank would be too but now I have two of the Donnie ones %26 it's not worth trying again if there's no returns %26 I already have two of the same one. Won't be buying any of these again, sadly.
