Boss Dog® Lifetime Warranties & Uh Oh! Loyalty Warranty At Boss Dog Brand we are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on our Boss Collars, Leashes and Harnesses. All these items are strength tested to withstand your and your dog's adventures (see product page for more details). Boss Tactical™ Warranties, Exchanges and Returns Limited Lifetime Warranty on Materials & Workmanship All of our products are made to the highest standards using only the finest materials and manufacturing processes. Our warranty covers flaws in hardware materials (not including damage from chewing/fading) that occur during normal use. Boss Tactical™ products are built using high‑quality hardware and manufacturing processes. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the following hardware components when failure occurs during normal use: Metal clips (for leashes) Metal buckles (for collars and harnesses) Zippers Martingale chains Accessory Metal Hardware (D‑rings, adjustment hardware, etc.) If any of the above hardware components fail during normal use, simply send a photo to RRE@bossdogbrand.com and we will review for replacement or refund eligibility. In rare cases, a return of the product may be required. The following items are NOT eligible for replacement, refund, or warranty claim under the Limited Lifetime Warranty: Nylon wear, fading or tearing Damage caused by chewing* General wear and tear from extended use Color fading from sunlight or water Any non-hardware materials *If your dog does chew one of our products (and it only takes a few seconds!), no big deal! We have an Uh Oh! Loyalty Warranty (see below)! Contact us at info@bossdogbrand.com in order to initiate the warranty process. Begin by sending photos of the product (returning the product might not be necessary). Do not discard flawed or broken products. We will need to see the product photos to determine if it is eligible for warranty. Boss Nation Brands, Inc., will gladly accept a return for any product purchased through this website or from a qualified pet retailer, provided that is still in new, unused condition and includes the original packaging. After your return is started please return your items. As soon as we receive the returned item you will receive a refund (less shipping charges). Please note shipping charges are non refundable. For an exchange, please provide guidance in detail as to your product needs. We will work to accommodate all exchanges and returns in a timely manner. Please email all information to: info@bossdogbrand.com Please be advised that there is a restocking fee of $15 AND shipping fee of $10 for a total of $25 USD. Boss Nation Brands, Inc. will issue any returns you are entitled to within 7 business days of receipt of damaged goods or proof of damage (excluding weekends). Always include your name, address and order number on the outside of your package or Boss Nation Brands, Inc., will not be able to match your package to your order and issue a refund. Uh Oh! Loyalty Warranty Mistakes Happen - Your boss dog may be the smartest little angel ever to walk the earth, but even the best pup can chew something up from time to time. We're not going to judge them... or you! If your little bundle of fluff chews through a Boss Tactical leash, collar or harness within 10 days of purchasing, just send us a photo (in rare cases we'll need to have the damaged items returned to us) and we'll issue you a replacement at half price! Our regulatory team works to determine the cause of the break or damage to the best of their ability based on our internal product testing and strength test parameters.
