have season for with 2 2nd disc

I bought all 1-5 seasons on eBay for $30 and I didn't open season 4 right away,but when I did,I got 2 of the 2nd discs and no 1st disc and 1 3rd disc,so now I just need the 1st one,I can't get a return or refund on eBay because the seller disappeared!!! I saw on another review on here that someone's 2nd disc doesn't play good!? the 2 that I have play excellent, maybe they might want to trade me for disc one since they have 2 season 4's now!!!?

Excellent Show. love it, but faulty recording

I have bought this set twice now and have the same problem with both. Disc two episodes 7&8 are virtually unwatchable. I tried this disc on 4 different DVD players including a brand new Samsung BDJ6300.I certainly hope there will be a recall on this product or at least a better re-issue.
