Awesome to questionable

I loved it at first I was so excited, as I am newly out of the hospital and needed ice I could put in my mouth without hurting my teeth, but it stopped working week 2. I am hoping to get a refund, but I wish you all better luck, hopefully I just got a bad one, because it was awesome at first. really fluffy ice.
