The vest is smaller than the size chart indicates. It only heats the neck and warms the upper back shoulders. No other part of the vest has heating elements. The zipper is on the wearer's left side. It could be good for a smaller person who only wants to heat their neck and upper back. This is the second similar vest I ordered from China. The first one was also very small, the zipper was on the left and it did not work at all.
