I have been making them with tuna and veggies with combos of shredded Velveeta and finely shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese. When they are cooked, are bigger than expected but still just right.

this is great for a side dish or a main dish - i use just parsley and mozzarella and do an Italian salad with olive oil and other herbs - so nice and yummy - it fits my cravings as i grew up in and with Mexican and Italian dishes and i crave the ( Kosher Certified Mini Penne Pasta) - it has a great taste and blends well with my herbs and spices also can be used so many ways i sue a filling with it and it is ricotta so many other filling can be used in this as in using this as a mini lasagna. look up online the many millions of recipes for penne pasta. you will like it too.
