I have a privacy fence around my yard, and my dog was always scratching at gate because she couldn't see out. So, i purchased the gate and installed on the outside of the privacy gate so I could allow my dog to lookout she's a 75lb pitbull terrier and the gate withstands her weight when she's leaning on it and does not open. Installation was easy, I wish I would have gotten a taller gate because people walking by can be startled by her size and the shortness of the gate. Unfortunately, I love the look of the gate but need to purchase one with more height but all in all good looking and sturdy.

Very impressed with this gate. Very sturdy.. My 3 toddlers can't open it. This gate doesn't simply swing back and forth you will have to use some strength and lift it. That is exactly what I was looking for. Nice modern design too.
