The Book of Disquiet: The Complete Edition, (Hardcover)

It's been years since I've been interested in owning a book but Pessoa's writing on dreams, reality and a passive life and how they all intertwine are all interesting and leaving me wanting to read more. This book also contains his poems which are very reminiscent of an all-consuming first love which most people do not wish to share for cringe reasons. As these stories and poems where found locked away after Pessoa's passing, I'd prefer to think the poems were written in his youth and while embarrassing, he did not have the heart to throw away or neglect those feeling so he kept them with his stories. While the poems aren't for me I can recognize they are well written and again I found the stories extremely interesting. If your still undecided I'd recommend looking up Fernando Pessoa just about anywhere as even the short stories on YouTube give you a very good feel for the guy and how he writes. Definitely worth looking him up and reading his books.
