Walmart shipped this item to a whole different state than the rest of my order. They will not cooperate. They said they would issue a refund, then they sent me a second email saying that they couldn't. I have had zero help. I have been trying to communicate with UPS for the claim, because tracking shows that it was delivered to someone in Florida, but no one wants to help me with the claim problem or process. I'm 100 percent disabled. The cost of the gift was extravagant, but important to me. Now I am out of my budget of less than $1000 monthly the cost of these two items I purchased for two family members. Who SERVED our Country. Thank you Wal Mart. Thank you UPS. I WILL NOW TRY MY BANK.
