walmart and the supplier were great. it was priced fairly, arrived on time, and packaged nicely. sadly i had to return it because fed ex delivered it on a rainy day and didn't bother to walk an additiona 10 ft to place it under a covered porch nor did the bother to place it in a plastic bag. When i got to it, the shipping boxes were all falling apart. When i opened the package, it was dripping with water. I knew I wouldn't be using it.

Fits my 2000 ford excursion 7.3 diesel perfect. Shipping was faster than estimated. It came with the proper gaskets. As the picture shows this is a one piece unit where the filter is attached to the top, if you have a two piece unit make sure you save the screw on fuel bowl lid in case you go back to the factory style filters (or be prepared to purchase a new one). The price point on these are awesome enough I bought two of them.
