The installation was a breeze and we had it up and running in no time. It is quiet and makes the room comfortable quickly. The energy efficiency is a definite plus. Best feature is the fact it does heating and a/c

Powerful enough for small to medium sized rooms. The controls are easy to use and even comes with a remote. Perfect for any average sized window. Works great.
