I love that these gloves exfoliate your entire body. I use them on my entire body, starting with my face. I am gentle when using them on my face; they do an excellent job of sloughing off dead skin. After I've finished bathing/showering, I throw them in the washing machine. I've never put them in the dryer, but you might be able to. I prefer not to.
