this is awsome. we bought this because we have hard wood and for the todlers it's cold for them crawling around in the cooler wether. got this on cyber Monday for a fraction of the original all price and now I regret not ordering 3 more for some other rooms. I would highly recomend this especially at this lower price point. it's not super high grade permanent carpet but I would expect it to last several seasons as it is spot washable
