I have an awkward stair situation, and the Newport Adapta gate was a perfect fit. I had a lot of obstacles to work around to secure the gate, and the flexibility of mounting brackets was greatly appreciated. I tried a retractable gate first, and it ended up being anything but safe. The adapta gate is great quality even down to the screws. I'm super pleased. Now they need to make this gate with a kitty door and I would be ecstatic!
