Great Value Net customer service

What is not mentioned in the technical description is that this computer is not Wi Fi capable. When I contacted ValueNet (the refurbisher and supplier to Wal Mart), their Customer Service department was very cooperative and their representative named Mitch sent me a wi fi adapter that arrived in two days. Plugged into the USB port and all was solved. Very happy with the computer at this point and delighted with the Value Net customer service.

Excellent Buy, Computer and Company

I ordered this desktop for my wife, its a well made HP Business PC. When it was delivered I found the packing was excellent and the computer in A+ condition. Followed the instructions and Windows 10 Pro installed with product key no problem. Hopefully Walmart (Joy Sytems) will still carry this model, I sure would like to purchase another one for myself after the holidays.
