Really like this product.

I don’t follow the directions on the can. Instead, I mix one part cold water with 4 parts cheese (1/4 c. water per 1 c. of freeze-dried cheese) in a container, then cover it tightly and refrigerate for at least few hours. I turn the container over in the fridge and/or gently toss the cheese in the container once during this time, so the cheese will rehydrate evenly. In the end, it looks and tastes like freshly grated. Flavorful and not overly salty. Holds its shape when cold and also melts well.
