I bought these to put in my kitchen window, but they were a little too fru-fru for my taste. I did, however, find a place in my bathroom and bedroom as extra long valances. I have sheers there now, but with the sun getting lower during the winter months, these hampered that morning glare just enough to let me do my morning prayer. This is just another example that all things work well for those who love the Lord.

Too Fancy for basement windows

I did not like the curtain because the material kept sticking to my basement window. I like that they were light and see-through because I needed much light in the basement window. The curtains hang just a little bit too long and they are thin enough not block the sunlight if that is what you're looking for. Overall they are just too fancy for my basement windows because the lace fabric was sticking to the cement below the window, it was not a good fit for me.
