OTC High Performance Ankle Brace, White, X-Large

My Orthopedic Dr instructed me to wear a tied up ankle brace after the removal of my leg cast. I found one online as it is difficult trying to find one in the stores. I had to do some research as to the proper size I needed as the website did not offer women sizes. I wear women shoe size 6 1/2-7 so the mens extra small was what I ordered. The ex- small is still a bit big , but if you wrap the shoestring around the top part of the brace it will work. Also, I did not use the last eyehole at the top of the brace as it cuts into my calf. Getting the brace into my sneaker is tricky as there is so much material and it brace is stiff. The brace does protect my ankle when I go out, but it does getting used to.
