A PAIN IN THE NECK!

I foolishly bought a 3" neck support because it was cheaper than the 2.5" one. Oh, to save a few cents. It is too high. I wear it sparingly when my neck really hurts. Much better support. I, however, am more comfortable wearing the 2.5" one. I especially wear it when I am at the computer, and often to bed. It is recommended not using it day and night as the support will cause the neck muscles to weaken. I haven't found that it helps the spine. I bought a second support so I have one to wear while the other one is in the wash. I place it in a mesh bag for washing machine and then take it out of bag and hang it somewhere to dry. I found out recently that I have scoliosis of the neck. No wonder I look like a turtle when standing straight and my head protrudes. (smile) I also have a Dowager's Hump, and a 'snaky' esophagus. Oh, dear!
