Looks fantastic, well made, heavy duty, the ONLY complaint I have is Fedex. I ordered one, it never came. Walmart refunded me, so I reordered. It arrived QUICK. I was like wow! Then guess what... yep, that was the one I ordered a month ago. The one I ordered last week arrived too. Walmart says if you don't send it back, we're charging you now... which is fine, I had the product, BUT, to be fair, I did not ask for the refund in the first place, I ASKED for them to resend my coat rack and they refused to, but they also said that my original coat rack was lost. I guess I know why now, they refused to send a 2nd one...if they had, and it showed up, I could have just kept both and only would have paid for 1, if I paid for both, they know I'm going to send one back. This likely won't get published, but I feel better.
