I bought this for my best friend. He is a stomach sleeper and tended to use a regular pillow that was too high and caused neck pain. He said that the angle of the front added to the hollowed part in the middle was very comfortable. I start out sleeping on my back, then shift to side during the night. using this pillow was much more comfortable than the memory foam one I used to use.
