Excellent production!

Excellent for my wife and Mom, because it focuses on topics like preventing falls and improving bone denisity, while they get a relaxing tai chi lesson, short enough anyone can do it and memorize the form.

Need balance

A good session if you have bakance. I'm older and slightly overweight so it was difficult at first. I think over time it will become easier to hold the poses.
