RP91950AR - soap dispenser leaks

When I pushed the soap dispenser handle down, soap leaked from the dispenser. The leak is due to a missing O ring in the soap dispenser handle. Delta replaced the entire soap dispenser though an O ring was all that was needed. I think there is a problem with the handle design. It's heavy and the O ring is less than 1/8 inch in diameter. You can expect to support a heavy handle that on a small O ring. I recommend that customers who own the RP91950AR dispenser cut their soap solution with water (1 part of soap + 1 part of water). I also recommend that customers periodically remove and clean the handle. Be careful to not remove or damage the O ring. If you do, the dispenser will leak.

Garbage item

The soap dispenser is 4 years old and never seemed to work quite right with soap building up at the pump mechanism. And today when I went to fill the reservoir the tube came out of the head and apparently broke off. It's a soap dispenser and should last longer. Very disappointing.
