Great Product

Somehow the inclusive 10ft hose did not arrive. I contacted customer service and they explained it was lost, arranged a return of the portion I received and reordered the item. I am awaiting the replacement. Disappointed about the mistake, but it seems that they are getting me the replacement, even though it is delayed. The product is GREAT, it is my second one and saves me trips to a dump station.
