Natto making production:
1. Soak the soybeans in water until they are swollen and full
2. Steam 0.5-0.75kg soaked soybean for 45-60 minutes
3. Air to 50-60 ℃
4. Add natto, stir with soybean, and ferment for 18 hours
Yogurt production:
1. Add the starter into pure milk / fresh milk / 10% commercially available yoghurt, and stir well
2. Put the covered container into the machine and cover it
3. Turn on the power and select the yogurt function. After 8-12 hours, the yogurt production is completed
Rice wine production:
1. Add rice or glutinous rice and boiled water koji into the machine and stir well
2. Cover the inner and outer covers
3. Turn on the power and select the "rice wine" function

No English language manual.
There are no instructions in English or way to know how to control temperature. If I could read the Chinese instructions, I might know one way or another. unfortunately, I can't read them. Not all yogourt require the same temperature. I'm sure this works fine if you want to make Natto, a soybean dish. Probably not the best option for specialty yogurt. There are presets for yogurt, natto, and rice wine, according to a how-to video on Youtube.
