Instructions
For Skin: Try and Scoop Up or Rub off some Shea Butter from inside the jar. Apply to area of use by massage into skin while spreading throughout.(In cold areas Shea Butter may become very hard. Simply place the Shea Jar (closed) into hot water. Let it sit for 5 min then Shea Butter should become more Manageable.)
For Hair: Apply Shea Butter to hair directly and leave in. Make sure to massage and comb to evenly spread. Shea Butter can also be applied as a liquid. So you can place a small amount of Shea Butter from the container into small pot and warm up on the stove. Warm up just enough so that the Shea Butter becomes liquid. (Do not over heat, nor warm up so that it is too hot to handle)Apply to hair from roots to tips avoiding the scalp. Spread evenly and sit with a cap for 30 min then rinse May be used as a leave in also.

100% was a true statement. The smell can be a bit toobstrong for some people...I personally don't mind....it smells like its suppose to smell, plus the smell is almost non existant after your body absorbs it. To improve the smell...I mix it with some coconut oil or almond oil (100% as well or it defeats the purpose). Its solid, but with light heat it can melt in your hands. It is greasy...but that is how its suppose to be. aA small amount goes a long way and leaves your skin feeling amazing.
