Exactly the same item as what I was pulling out. Worked perfectly, might actually be smoother than it was before (maybe it's just the age of the rest of the windows but seems to be).

Perfect fit

It's what it says it is. Real motorcraft part. Fit perfectly in 2014 F250. Easy install, took about 25 minutes including removal of defective part.
