Bad experience from seller

Horrible experience. Ordered this door on Dec 1st and it was scheduled to deliver by dec 16. When it arrived, it came damaged and the truck delivery person told you can reject the delivery so I did and returned in the same truck. Contacted the seller "UnbeatableSale" asking for refund. I've contacting them since Dec 16 and still no refund from them. It's been 1.5 months and still fighting
