Cello

Fantastic deal for a student beginner on cello. It is already on its way to somebody's house so they can begin playing. Will probably order again.

good only for beginners

You get what you pay for, very basic only good for beginners, no matter how hard you try the tuning pegs will slip.Poor sound but good for what you paid for.

The neck fell off!

The cello is very pretty, however is almost unusable out of the box. Had to take it to the local music store to have the bridge shaped and the groves in the nut filed to allow the strings to stay on the neck. The paint around the base of the neck was also cracked and we didn't think much of it. Fast forward to minimal use over the last 6 months and the neck of the instrument just falls off. Literally in just came apart. You can see how the glue was only in spots keeping the neck and body together and having a big glob of glue in 2 spots does not keep an instrument playable. If I knew how crappy this would be I would have purchased from somewhere that offers a replacement plan/warranty. When I called support the lady asked "what do you want me to do about it", ummm repair, replace or refund would be nice, she told me she would consult with management and email us the response. Here we are almost 2 weeks later with no response. I refuse to pay more than what this cello costs to repair it. My child has missed 3 practice sessions since she now has no instrument to play.
