poor packaging/damaged product

the watering cans showed up late and were packaged poorly in a bag with no peotective wrapping around them. as a result, the caps on the spouts were loose in the bag and had to be glued on with wayerproof cement for use. fortunately we had some of this on hand but the cost of purchasing the glue would have made me retirn the 2 watering cans had we not already had it on hand.
