This is a brand new 20 amp Philmore/Zing Ear push button thermal cutout. The breaker has a reset button that pops up when it trips, and the button cannot be pulled out manually to break the circuit. Also, the thermal breaker does not trip immediately, there is a delay based on the amount of overload.
