Works for me!
I have been using dim for a year and I notice a difference in my hormones. My skin is better, less heated facial flushing and my brain fog has improved. I stopped taking it since I am post menopausal but I started getting the facial flushing and breaking out, so I went back on it and it works for me. I am 59 years old.
