This item was incredibly simple to assemble, and it has been on my door for weeks without any issues. It's very stable. The safety latch that prevents removal of the doorbell functions as intended. No complaints!

I bought this Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) mount to use at my new apartment. As a renter, they frown on making extra holes in the door frame lol! The apartment has it's own doorbell but I wanted a doorbell camera to track packages and identify visitors. This mount was so easy to install! It took less than 5 minutes from package to mounted, including the time it took to remove the camera and remount it for a left-opening door instead of a right-opening door. This mount accommodates either option and has a pivoting base so you don't need to keep up with the wedge to angle your camera. The mount can angle 30 degrees left or right! It has a keyhole cover that makes this mount even more secure than the standard screw plate. The cover blocks any access to the key slot so the camera can't be removed until you take the mount off the door. One quick screw to remove and you don't even need to keep up with the official Google key. Since the camera secures to the mount and not the wall, you can directly press the release button to remove the camera for charging. This is a thoughtful inclusion and such a time saver not having to search for the tiny key. I can't recommend this door mount enough, and I'm so glad I found this one. It is a much better option than the other ones I found.
