WAY too small!

I currently have this lovely shrug in a L and M, both purchased last year. I recently ordered the green in the L size because I want it to be nice and flowy. Well the size L I just received is actually smaller than the M I have! Smaller in every way, as if this green one is actually a S. I won't even try to reorder not knowing what I'll get, so will return this. Too bad! :(
