Perfect for lunches on the go!
I have been trying to lose weight and one of the toughest challenges is meal time. When you're working all day it's so easy just to run to a drive thru or sit at a desk and eat junk all day. Not the case since I have been meal prepping! Sure it takes a little more time one day a week, I usually try and do all my meal prepping on Sunday, but a few extra hours in the kitchen is well worth the money and calories I save! I love the different compartments in these containers, amazing for a well balanced meal. You can tailor to your individual diet needs with these too. Because I'm trying to lose weight, my meals consist of more veggies, a salad, and then a smaller portion of protein and/or starch. My daughter (7), on the other hand, loves my grab and go meal containers and can fit a small sandwich, some fruit, chips or crackers, and a sweet inside and presto she's got easy grab meals for school! These dishwasher/freezer/microwave safe containers are also perfect for leftovers too. These containers are sturdy enough for everyday use but still inexpensive enough that if one is lost or forgotten it's not a big deal! I love these containers and use mine weekly! #freshware

Perfect for meal prepping!
I recently started meal prepping. Before venturing on this journey I purchased the Freshware 2 compartment containers. I loved it so much that I decided I would purchase the 3 compartment containers. The 3 compartment container allows me to portion my lunch meals easily without having to measure my portions on a food scale. This has also been great for my kids lunches as they are picky eaters that don't like certain foods to be mixed.
