I'm not sure why some reviewers consider this chair wobbly because I find it sturdy and comfortable. The assembly instructions aren't the easiest to follow because the process is shown in sketches instead of actual images. Consequently I had to revert to using a YouTube video to figure out if the metal screw plate of the back of the chair went inside or outside of the metal holder that I attached to the bottom of the chair in a previous step. The answer is that it goes inside before it's screwed on. This procedure was the only difficulty that I encountered. I ended up pressing my head against the back of the chair to move it forward slightly to get the screw holes to line up for the screws. I tightened all of the screws completely and the chair is sturdy. The short foot rest works well if I use the bottom lever to put the chair is a slightly reclining position before using it. Otherwise it fits neatly beneath the seat. I highly recommend this chair as affordable and comfortable for people that have long workdays on the computer or gamers that sit long hours. There's a massage pillow that fits above the hips and also a small head pillow. Both pillows are easily attached and removed. The massage pillow has a long USB cable to allow some movement of the chair when plugged in. Everything is included plus some extra hardware in case you lose a screw or a cap. There are 3 sizes of Allen screws and the Allen wrench is also included. I'm happy with this chair.
