Inaccurate air pressure of chambers or air floor can cause low performance of inflatable boats, which may lead to it sinking. Overpressure can be the cause of a blow-out of your inflatable boat, damaging or even destroying it. To prevent these events from happening, it is important to maintain proper air pressure with Bravo air pressure gauges. These are designed to fit into Halkey-Roberts (H-R) valves found on a variety of items. This Air Pressure Gauge for Inflatable Boat Rafts can be used on RIBS, soft bottom inflatables or river rafts. The gauge can provide readings of up to 14.7 psi or 1 bar, so you know when your craft is ready to use.

The item I received does not look like the Bravo in the Walmart picture. The Bravo brand is the same. The seller assures me it's the same inner gauge but with a newly designed dial.

Need a "T" connector for this to work.
This gauge does not work on my Achilles inflatable when inserted into the air valve, because it can not open the valve. I connected the gauge to a plastic "T" fitting to place the gauge between the pump and the inflatable. It provides a pressure reading only when pumping. But it will function that way.
