They look at their picture and look at my mine nothing like the picture. This was a learning experience I'd rather go thru Amazon they stand behind their customer when this happens. The company offered me first 10% n keep the pillow than 30% and still keep them Sorry but I do NOT have a use for these they where intended for 2 of my aging dogs ( 1 -100lbs 2 60lbs ) as you can see they don't even touch side to side in my recliner
