Terrible seller - item never rec'd!!

Ordered item 6-27-24, item sat on Salt Lake Utah for 8 days!!! Called Walmart.com on 7-5-25 for help, agent promised I'd have my item delivered 7-8-24. Called Walmart.com again 7-8-24 - where is my package?? Three phone calls totalling 2 hours only to find out 1 of the agents cancelled my order - WITHOUT my approval - and issued a refund, also WITHOUT my approval. 14 days later Walmart.com has NO IDEA where my package is and can't help me because they are experiencing technical difficilties!! Terrible Seller and Terrible Non-existant Customer Service!!!! Unacceptable!
