Beautiful but not durable

The sofa is really pretty in person! And so simple to put together, just slide the pieces together and attach the legs. HOWEVER!!! I have one had this couch 2 or 3 weeks and the bottom cushion is already flattening. You can feel the metal piece in the front and it's really uncomfortable at times. I've reached out to the seller about this issue and currently waiting for a reply. I'll update if they respond and offer a solution.
