Thank you for your feedback on the BHF80. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed without the light feature. For the heater/fan/light model you would have wanted to order the BHFLED80. If you would like to upgrade the BHF80 to add a light feature, you can purchase the FG80HBS Lighted Grille upgrade kit.

How does it work
Do you need a thermostat for the heater? I read that it needs 120V. But how do you control the heating temperature?

Hi VincentElectrician, We appreciate your review of the BHF80 heater and fan unit. The heater and fan can be operated by two separate on/off switches. A thermostat is not required for the operation of the heater. Please contact our Product Support team for more assistance at 800-637-1453.
