Real wood, no mdf.

Amazing shelve- great quality real wood. However, stickers that number the parts should be put on a non focal side of the parts because some of the stickers were stuck on there really good and goo gone couldn't even get the residue off. There were also chunks missing out of the wood but because it wasn't on focal areas I was fine with it because I got the piece on sale for $60. The shelve is very sturdy and it took me (a woman) an hour by myself to complete. I would buy again.
