Sam Edelman Women's Laurs Leather Loafer Ivory Leather 6M

I have the modern ivory loafers and I absolutely love them! However, it took me 4 tries to get this shoe to fit right. I'm usually a 7.5 so I originally bought a 7.5 in the black box leather but they were so big. I exchanged them for a 7, brought them home & my big toes were absolutely smashed. I ended up returning it and gave up on this shoe. Then I went to the SE store & tried a different black leather & size 7 were too big. Finally I decided to try a different color & finally the modern ivory fit perfectly in size 7. The sizing is so all over the place that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. I'd like to buy the black ones in the future but don't know if sizing will ever be correct.

Bought several months ago. First time I wore them was TERRIBLE. They rubbed and were just painful. So I tried again with socks but did not do much better. Wore then today for work after trying to reshape/stretch out the heel a bit, but to no avail. Still have the same problem of rubbing the heel. Typically shoes rub where your foot bends back, but these rub lower, on the actual heel of the foot. Not the comfy work shoe I was hoping for. No complaints about the style though, they do look super cute!
