These are not the most attractive jock straps but they offer the most support and are very well made. These are very well made and hold up while running and lifting weights. They are probably not the most comfortable underwear to wear as daily underwear but I have a pair in my gym bag all the time. I need to wear this type of underwear due to a hernia that I have in my groin area that is not large enough for surgery yet but causes pain a lot.
