As cited in other reviews, the straps are not configurable, which is weird for a modern helmet, and results in a less-than-ideal fit- can press on the throat in a tucked road position, though just fine on the hoods or on a mtb. Otherwise, good pads and good-enough looking, though looks are distant second to function if you're riding to ride, rather than to be seen. More riding, less show!
