Review after one year

I bought this computer a year ago and it works great for a home computer, and should for at least a few years. I had random blackout problems with playing internet videos and YouTube until I upgraded my monitor (my monitor was 8 years old) to a Dell U2417H , which has a resolution that matches the computer's recommended resolution (1920x1080). I am not a gamer.

Lack of online support

I received this product with wiring stuck in the blades of the upper fan motor. This is the major fan that cools the computer. I went on line to find a phone number for Walmart support, but could not find one. Oh, there were numbers for Walmart stores, but I purchased this online. Fortunately, I had a very good computer tech person at my disposal. He discovered the problem and made the adjustment. All seems to be working fine now, but Walmart.com needs better support for these online purchases.

Not what I expected

It comes showing only 4,0 ghz processor speed instead of the 4.2 ghz as advertised. CD tray does not recognized it has a CD? Very slow loading new software. Dell support blames The supplier (Sams)?
